NJ Pathways Happening: BioNJ Manufacturing Briefing 2024

Members of the Center of Workforce Innovation for Aseptic Processing and Biomanufacturing presented at the BioNJ Biomanufacturing Briefing 2024 – Building the Future: Advancing Capabilities, Technology and Talent for the Next Era of Biomanufacturing which took place at headquarters campus of Sanofi pharmaceutical company. The panel discussion featured Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) as they presented on the Center’s biomanufacturing training program, including an overview of the challenges they face in talent acquisition and development.
