Megan Swieconek

Megan Swieconek joined the New Jersey Council of County Colleges in August 2010. As the Director of Council Operations, Swieconek is responsible for critical finance, human resources, administration, and board management functions for the Council and the Council’s Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development.

Prior to coming to the Council, Swieconek worked in the private sector, holding positions in business management.

Swieconek simultaneously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and a Certification in Accounting from Thomas Edison State University. She earned an Associate in Humanities and Social Sciences from Mercer County Community College.
