Linda L. Rhoads
Senior Project Associate Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT)
During 10 years with a global 500 corporation, and 20+ years in the public sector, Linda honed her expertise in facilitation, leadership development, team process strategies for institutionalizing systemic progress, and educational programming design. As Senior Project Associate in the Center for Policy and Practice with the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT), Linda leads ACCT’s national initiative to support community colleges in the creation of new processes for serving as SNAP E&T providers. Prior to her position with ACCT, Linda developed new registered apprenticeship programs, and established college-wide systems and procedures as Apprenticeship Center Project Director at the Community College of Baltimore County.
Linda earned her Master of Science degree in Adult and Community College Education with a minor in science education from North Carolina State University, and undergraduate degrees in geography (B.A.) and psychology (B.S.) from Stetson University.
