Angela Androla
Director, Consortium Operations
Angela Androla grew up in Northern Bavaria in Germany and studied English, French, and Spanish for two years. During her first employment at a German manufacturer with international subsidiaries, she jumped at the opportunity of a work-related multiple year transfer — first to England, then the United States, and finally, France.
After arriving in the US, she decided to make it her home and spent the next years working for an American manufacturer in various capacities. In 2009, Androla joined the Workforce Consortium to start a new chapter. She became a US citizen in 2012, finished her Bachelor’s degree and subsequently completed her Master of Business Administration at Thomas Edison State University. She is now serving as the Director of Operations for the Consortium.
